Shake is an iOS, Android and Web app that has a bunch of legal templates and documents for you to choose from.  You start by choosing from one of our free templates and creating your legal agreement then you can sign your agreement electronically via the app or your phone’s touchscreen.  Finally, you can send your agreement to the other party for signature, or if you’re together, you can both sign on-the-spot via the app.

It’s very surprising that this app is free to use and only requires a signup via email to get started.
